Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. The primary guest must be 26 years of age or older and provide valid government-issued identification.

House Rules

Guests must comply with all house rules including maintaining respectful noise levels, respecting the maximum occupancy limits, and following the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Please review these carefully before confirming your reservation.

Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. Violations of house rules may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of remaining stay and deposit.
